PEMERIKSAAN BILLIRUBIN, UROBILLIN URINE DAN LED, TROMBOSIT, HEMOGLOBIN DARAH PADA PENDERITA HEPATITIS

ABSTRAK

Hepatitis virus Akut adalah penyakit infeksi sistemik akut yang disebabkan oleh virus dan efek yang mencolok terjadi pada hati. Indonesia telah dinyatakan sebagai daerah endemik hampir sepanjang tahun ditemukan penderitanya di rumah sakit.

Pemeriksaan hepatitis dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan Hb, LED, Trombosit darah dan Urobillin, Billirubin urine pada penderita hepatitis, karena sampai saat ini hepatitis masih mewabah. Metoda yang digunakan untuk pemeriksaan darah yaitu metoda sahli untuk pemeriksaan Hb, metoda mikroskop dan kamar hitung untuk pemeriksaan trombosit, metoda westergreen untuk pemeriksaan Laju Endap Darah dan metoda Horrison untuk pemeriksaan billirubin urine.

Dan hasil yang didapat dari pemeriksaan sampel hepatitis yaitu sampel darah dan urine pasien-pasien yang telah diperiksa positif menderita hepatitis, dibuktikan dengan hasil pemeriksaan billirubin yang positif (+).

Sebaiknya kita menjaga kebersihan makanan, minuman dan lingkungan sekitar agar terhindar dari berbagai penyakit seperti hepatitis.

ABSTRACT

Acute Hepatitis Virus is disease of acute systematical infection which because of effect and virus which striking happened at liver. Indonesia have been expressed as endemic area almost is during the year found by its patient at hospital.

Inspection of hepatitis conducted aim to to know result of inspection of Hb, LED, Trombosite Blood and of Urobillin, Billirubin Urine at patient of hepatitis, because till now hepatitis still is epidemic. Method used for the inspection of hepatitis that is method of sahli for the inspection of Hb, microscope method and room chamber calculate for the inspection of trombosite, method of westergreen for Fast inspection Blood and method of Harrison for the inspection of urine billirubin.

And got result of inspection of hepatitis sample that is blood sample and patients urine which have been checked positive suffer hepatitis, proved with result of inspection of billirubin which are positive (+).
